Purpose of the Website 
This site is intended to better educate and make you more familiar with the people, battles, situations, and conflicts that occurred before, during, and after the American Revolution. It is for supplemental educational purposes.
Navigation Help
In addition to the Home page which is located at the "top left corner" on all the pages, there are 6-main pages which are accessible on the "right side bar" to navigate. The History page offers some background to use for research about the American Revolution. The next page is the online class Calendar of Events," which you should pay particular attention to because it will inform you when activities and projects are due. The Role Play page is an activity you will participate in where you will role-play a skit and work researching a historical figure.The Newsletter page is our online class published newsletter called: "The Revolutionary Gazette." Here you will add comments about the stories and content that are within the newsletter. For weekly blogging work, there also is an important section where you will write comments to the weekly journal topics for a grade. This will be the first posted page you will see on this website. The Media page offers weekly content American Revolution Movies and picturs that I want you to see and write reaction papers based on the subjects. The final page is Quizzes & Surveys — which will have interactive surveys, polls, and quizzes for you to complete throughout the lesson. ALL of this work will be graded by your participation and quality of work for each student.
